Alli Serpa is a Marketing Associate for E Squared Marketing, as well as Assistant to the CEO, Ashley Richards. An Arizona native, Alli graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona in 2023 with her BFA in Dance and a minor in Communications. While in college, she was a member of Sigma Kappa sorority where she served as VP Programming as well as VP Recruitment for their executive board. Alli has also been a dancer since the age of 3, and prior to beginning her marketing career, she worked as a professional dancer for Royal Caribbean and traveled to over 13 different countries! Alli has always been an incredibly creative individual, and in her free time, she enjoys dancing, working out, reading, and cooking. She loves learning new things and seeking out new experiences, and she is so excited to be a part of the E Squared Marketing family!
