In 2018, Ashley founded E Squared Marketing, named after her kids Ellie and Eli, to deliver bold, creative digital strategies that drive measurable impact. Her mix of fresh ideas, real-world know-how, and unapologetic energy has landed her work and insights in the Phoenix Business Journal, Entrepreneur, and Medium.

Ashley’s impact goes beyond client success. She serves on the PANDA Board (People Acting Now Discover Answers), raising funds for critical research to help sick children. As the Regional Marketing Expert for Entrepreneurs’ Organization, she oversees marketing support for the entire U.S. West Region. In 2025, she was recognized as a People to Know Honoree and celebrated as a 40 Under 40 winner.

When she’s not reimagining brands, this Arizona native can be found hiking with her husband of 15 years, Brandon, and their two adventure-loving kids. Some of her best campaign ideas have been born somewhere between mile two and a handful of trail mix.
