Having lived in Iowa her whole life, Hailey enjoys exploring Arizona and growing professionally in her role at E Squared Marketing. She graduated from the University of Iowa with Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing Analytics and Leadership Management. While in college, Hailey was the Marketing and Recruiting Intern at a small concrete company where she learned the importance of social media management and digital marketing.

When Hailey is not working, you can find her trying new fitness classes, spending time with her boyfriend and cat, eating Mexican food, and scrolling on TikTok. Since moving to Arizona, Hailey has enjoyed playing pickleball, going on hikes, and trying new restaurants.
