Allison is a driving force behind the dynamic E Squared Marketing Team. Allison joined the E Squared Marketing team in 2019 and held a variety of roles before becoming Director of Operations in 2023. She handles everything behind the scenes regarding our clients and team members. She is our HR expert, helps with onboarding and offboarding clients, leads team calls, processes payroll & manages benefits, collects & analyzes important monthly data, and keeps our Leadership Team on track.  She has always had a love of learning with a background of 15 years in education. Allison is detail-oriented, process-driven, and loves her spreadsheets. She enjoys working with people and helping them be successful.

 

Allison is originally from the Midwest, has a master's degree in Leadership from Northern Arizona University and lives in North Phoenix with her husband, Doug, and two boys, Tyson and Colton.
