Hailey is the Creative Director at E Squared Marketing, where she works strategically with clients and fellow directors to bring fresh ideas and trends to life through photography, videography, and social content. She graduated from the University of Iowa with Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing Analytics and Leadership Management and discovered her passion for digital marketing while interning at a small business.

Originally from Iowa, Hailey now calls Arizona home and enjoys exploring new experiences both personally and professionally. When she’s not leading creative projects, you can find her trying new fitness classes, spending time with her boyfriend and pets, unwinding with board games and puzzles, experimenting with latte recipes, or discovering the best Mexican food in town.
