As our Business Development Manager, she plays a key role in cultivating meaningful connections and creating new opportunities for growth at E Squared Marketing. She thrives on building authentic relationships and engaging with the community, driving the agency’s growth and visibility. 

 

In addition to her client-facing role, Heloisa serves as Project Manager to our Founder and CEO—helping bring big ideas to life and ensuring strategic initiatives move forward smoothly. 

 

Originally from a city near São Paulo, Brazil, Heloisa moved to the U.S. in 1997 to learn English. She earned her degree in Marketing and International Business from UW–Eau Claire and has since built a thriving career and a beautiful family. 

 

Outside of work, Heloisa embraces an active lifestyle—hiking Arizona’s trails, lifting, running, and traveling whenever she can. She’s also deeply involved in her church and finds joy in serving others. She now lives in Cave Creek with her husband and three wonderful children.
